Thunder Drum
My first set of samples comes from a Thunder Drum. The Thunder Drum is a drum with a spring attached. Various methods of producing sound were recorded: Flicking the spring attached to the drum, moving my hand along the spring at various speeds, grabbing the spring, striking the drum at multiple velocities, and a few improvizational performances.
